Is this really free? What is the catch?
No catch. The assessment is genuinely free and there is no obligation to engage us further. We offer it because it starts a real conversation about your IT — and because most businesses we assess end up with at least a few quick wins they did not know about. If you like the report and want help fixing things, we are happy to talk. If not, you keep the report.
How long does it take and what do you need from us?
The assessment itself takes about 45 minutes of your time, usually split between a short discovery call and a brief remote review session where we look at your environment together. You do not need to prepare anything in advance — just access to your Microsoft 365 admin portal and a rough idea of your current IT setup.
Do you need admin access to our systems?
For the Microsoft 365 portion, read-only access to the admin portal is helpful but not required — we can work from screenshots and your answers to a short questionnaire. We never require privileged access to conduct the assessment, and we document exactly what we look at.
Who is this for?
Berlin-based SMBs with between 5 and 150 employees who rely on Microsoft 365 and want an honest picture of their IT health.
