Frequently Asked Questions
How do you connect to our systems remotely?
Via Microsoft Quick Assist, TeamViewer Business, or direct RDP over VPN — depending on what’s already in your environment. All remote sessions are logged, encrypted, and use MFA where possible. You or the user always initiates the session; no persistent background access is installed without explicit agreement.
Is remote support suitable for all issues, or are some things better handled on-site?
Remote works for the majority of business IT issues: software problems, account access, email configuration, and user-level troubleshooting. Physical hardware failures, cabling, printer hardware faults, and network equipment installation require on-site presence. If a remote session reveals a physical issue, on-site follow-up can be arranged at the standard rate.
Our team is spread across multiple countries. Can you still help?
Yes — remote support is geography-independent. Teams in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and across Europe are a common setup. Support is delivered in English. The only constraint is time zone: standard hours are CET. For teams in significantly different time zones, session scheduling is agreed individually.
