Microsoft 365 Setup & Migration Berlin
Getting M365 right at the start saves significant time and money later. Misconfigured tenants, unused licences, and poor security defaults are common — and fixable. I handle M365 setup, migration, and ongoing management for businesses in Berlin that want it done properly.
What’s Included
- Tenant setup — domain verification, user provisioning, licence assignment, and baseline security configuration
- Exchange Online — mailbox setup, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow rules
- Teams and SharePoint — team structure, channel governance, SharePoint site provisioning, and OneDrive configuration
- Email migration — from Google Workspace, on-premise Exchange, or any other provider, with zero data loss and minimal downtime
- Security hardening — Conditional Access policies, MFA enforcement, Defender for Business, and secure score improvements
- Microsoft Purview — retention policies, sensitivity labels, and compliance configuration
- Licence optimisation — right-sizing across E3, E5, and Business Premium to eliminate waste
Who This Is For
- Companies setting up M365 for the first time

- Organisations that have M365 but haven’t properly configured security or governance
- International teams that need English-language support throughout the process
How I Work
Most M365 engagements start with a tenant health check (from €490) to assess what’s in place and what needs attention. New setups are typically fixed-price. Migrations are scoped based on mailbox count and complexity.
Hourly rate: €110 / hour (Cloud & Infrastructure Projects)
Fixed-price options:
- M365 Tenant Health Check (up to 25 users): from €490
- M365 tenant setup (up to 10 users): from €490
- Email migration (up to 10 mailboxes): from €390

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an M365 migration take?
A migration for a 10-person team typically completes in 2–5 business days including planning, pilot testing, and cutover. Larger or more complex environments (multiple domains, shared mailboxes, large SharePoint/OneDrive datasets) take proportionally longer. Cutover is scheduled during low-traffic windows to minimise disruption. A scoping call produces an accurate timeline before any work starts.
We already have M365 but it was set up years ago and security is a mess. Can you fix it?
Yes — this is one of the most common engagement types. Legacy M365 tenants often have Global Administrator over-assignment, legacy authentication protocols still active, no Conditional Access policies, and mailbox forwarding rules that were never audited. A tenant health check (from €490) produces a prioritised list of what to fix. Most critical items can be remediated in a single half-day session.
What’s the difference between Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium?
Business Basic (€6/user/month) includes web-only Office apps, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. Business Standard (€12.50/user/month) adds full desktop Office installs. Business Premium (€22/user/month) adds Microsoft Defender for Business, Intune device management, Azure AD P1, and advanced compliance tools. For most SMBs that take security seriously, Business Premium is the correct tier — the security tooling alone justifies the cost difference versus Standard.
